Complaint Resolution
If something has gone wrong, we want to hear about it directly and fix it quickly. This page explains how to raise a concern and what happens after you do.
How to raise a complaint
Write to compliance@maryana.ca or call our Toronto office during business hours. Please include your name, contact details, the nature of your concern, and the outcome you are seeking.
What happens next
- We acknowledge every complaint in writing, normally within five business days.
- A member of the compliance team who was not involved in the matter reviews the file.
- We may contact you for further information or documents.
- We aim to provide a substantive written response within 30 days, and will tell you if more time is required.
Our response
Our response will summarise the concern, the review we carried out, our conclusion and the reasons for it, and any remedy offered.
If you remain dissatisfied
If our response does not resolve the matter, you may escalate it to the relevant Canadian regulator or independent dispute-resolution service applicable to the services provided to you. We will tell you which body applies in your case and provide their contact details.
Records
Complaints and their outcomes are logged and reviewed periodically so that recurring issues are identified and corrected.
